Cushions

Within the U.K.

Normally its Royal Mail first class post, as it aims to arrive the following working day, although it is not guaranteed.

First Class Post.

Royal Mail aims to deliver first class post to you within the United Kingdom the next day. However, this is not fail safe. Your delivery is tracked and requires a signature on receipt. If there is no response at the delivery address,  a card will be left through your door with details to contact Royal Mail directly for you to arrange to pick it the parcel, either at your local post office or Royal Mail depot.  If neither suit you at that point Royal Mail offer to re- deliver the parcel to a different address of your choice for which Royal Mail make a charge of £1.  You may want to consider entering an alternative address where you can receive the delivery during the day, such as a workplace address when ordering to avoid non-delivery to you.   If you wish to guarantee your delivery to arrive next day, Royal Mail recommends Special Delivery.

Royal Mail guarantees to deliver your parcel by 12 noon the following working day. There is an additional cost for this service.

Outside the U.K.

If ordering from outside the U.K. please email info@BradwellArt.co.uk with the destination address and your timescale requirements.  I will reply with a price after my research for your country.

Availability

Please note as a working artist there may be occasions when I am not available to process your parcel,  as I am either away on painting trips, or other reasons.  During these times the shop will make clear that there may be a delay in delivery  to you, so that you can make an informed purchase choice.

As Bradwell Art cushions are made in small limited quantities, an  almost bespoke service, there may be times when a particular cushion is out of stock.  This will be indicated.  In this event you are welcome to place an order so it can be delivered to you after it is made for you which may take some time or email info@Bradwellart.co.uk for further details as to timescale.

Prints

Prints are delivered for a standard charge of £5 and expected to take 7 working days from your order to arrive.

Outside the U.K.

If ordering from outside the U.K. please email info@BradwellArt.co.uk with the destination address and you timescale requirements.  I will reply with a price for shipping your print to you. Please allow additional time for your print to arrive beyond 7 days. I will endeavour to give you a delivery timescale in my reply.

Cards

Within the U.K.

Cards are normally delivered by second class Royal Mail service to personal buyers.  If you wish your delivery to be by another service, please contact info@BradwellArt. A more expensive delivery service will raise the cost.

Outside the U.K.

If ordering from outside the U.K. please email info@BradwellArt.co.uk with the destination address and you timescale requirements.  I will reply with a shipping price to you. Please allow additional time for your cards to arrive. I will endeavour to give you a delivery timescale in my reply.
